Has an aromatic profile with flavors of pear, grapefruit, and peach, with notes of kiwi and honey. Light-bodied. Ferments out dry. 2.6 gallons of single-strength juice. Makes about 12 bottles of wine. Comes with yeast and yeast nutrient.
