Grenache boasts a rich, fruity profile dominated by red fruits like strawberry, raspberry, and cherry, layered with warm spices such as white pepper, cinnamon, and star anise, and hints of orange zest, tobacco, and dried herbs. Medium-bodied.Ferments out dry. 2.6 gallons of single-strength juice. Makes about 12 bottles of wine. Comes with yeast and yeast nutrient.
