To supply you with a minimally processed product, no approved kill step has been performed. By agreeing to our terms and conditions you are certifying that you understand that Walker’s Wine Juice, LLC has NOT performed a processing step to control microbiological hazards and that you accept responsibility for further processing (ie. fermentation) prior to releasing this product into commerce.
