Cabernet Franc carries flavors of raspberry, red cherry, and plum. Often described with distinctive green pepper or jalapeño notes, along with hints of black pepper and tobacco. Medium-bodied with bright acidity. Ferments out dry. 2.6 gallons of single-strength juice. Makes about 12 bottles of wine. Comes with yeast and yeast nutrient.
