Foch tends to have strong acidity, aromas of black fruits and, in some cases, toasted wheat, mocha, fresh coffee, bitter chocolate, vanilla bean, and musk. Ferments out dry. 2.6 gallons of single strength juice. Makes about 12 bottles of wine. Comes with yeast and yeast nutrient.
