Foch tends to have strong acidity, aromas of black fruits and, in some cases, toasted wheat, mocha, fresh coffee, bitter chocolate, vanilla bean, and musk. Full-bodied.Ferments out dry. 2.6 gallons of single-strength juice. Makes about 12 bottles of wine. Comes with yeast and yeast nutrient.
