Description

Foch tends to have strong acidity, aromas of black fruits and, in some cases, toasted wheat, mocha, fresh coffee, bitter chocolate, vanilla bean, and musk. Ferments out dry. 5 gallons of single strength juice. Makes about 24 bottles of wine. Comes with yeast and yeast nutrient.
