Pinot Gris (also known as Pinot Grigio) is mildly floral with lightly lemon-citrus flavors. Medium-bodied. Ferments out dry. 2.6 gallons of single-strength juice. Makes about 12 bottles of wine. Comes with yeast and yeast nutrient.
