Cabernet Sauvignon has flavors of Blackcurrant, black cherry, and blackberry. Can also detect green peppers, tobacco, and hints of vanilla if aged in oak. Full-bodied. Ferments out dry. 2.6 gallons of single-strength juice. Makes about 12 bottles of wine. Comes with yeast and yeast nutrient.
