Place your order by 10 a.m. Mon-Sat for same-day pick up between 1-5 p.m.

  Our Hot-packs of juice have become increasingly popular with literally thousands sold each year.  They offer the same quality as fresh-pressed juice and have become the “go-to” juice for our local and distant winemakers alike. A Hot-Pack is a 5-gallon container of juice that is heated gently and sealed so that it will not start to ferment until the seal is broken. It does not require any refrigeration and will ship safely. To start fermentation, remove the lid, put the juice into your fermentation container, add the yeast and nutrient, (included with purchase) then ferment as usual. Hot-packs are available for purchase throughout the year and we ship anywhere in the U.S. by FedEx. We also have a convenient local pick-up option.
